Within this role, I manage children with different learning abilities in order to help them develop confidence and skills in their studies and daily activities.

In a kids store retail position, you learn to navigate vibrant and diverse merchandise tailored to children’s needs and preferences. Customer interaction sharpens communication skills, understanding parents’ concerns and kids’ desires. Handling transactions enhances organizational abilities, while maintaining a playful atmosphere fosters creativity and adaptability in problem-solving.

Tutor At Miss Biancas Tutoring

Within this role, I educate younger children from K-12 in the subjects Maths and English. Developing empathy and working with different ages groups is something that will inform my future approach to designing for younger target groups.

UNSW O Week Assistant 

I acted as a wayfinding assistant for my university. During my time as a UNSW O Week Assistant, I was able to work on my interpersonal and communication skills, guiding new students and their parents throughout the university and assisting them with all their questions and needs. 

2019-2021

OfficeWorks Part Time Team Member

A day in this role involved rotating through the departments of technology, printing and furniture. Adaptability and great communication skills allowed me to deliver great customer service.

2022

Cliff Lewis Printing Intern

I was a young graphic designer intern for Cliff Lewis Printing. During this internship, I advanced my skillset within the Adobe suite and worked alongside colleagues to generate prototypes of logos for ‘Wackey’, a smaller Australian handcrafted bracelets brand.

UNSW| Bachelor's Degree in Graphic and Interaction Design

I am currently a third year in UNSW taking a bachelor of design with majors in interaction and graphics. During University, I have explored so many different types of design subjects- 3d visualisation, interior design, ceramics, jewellery and experience design. I was able to excel in each of these subjects despite being new to them. 

2015-2021

Caringbah High Selective School 

I graduated caringbah high selective school in 2021 having taken the subjects of extension maths, English, visual arts and PE. However I did take graphic design and design and technology during year 10.

Software Design Proficiency 

  • Maya: I have created multiple 3d designs using Maya such as signage and way finding elements for graphic design and 3d printed forms for interior architecture

  • Adobe Photoshop: I am extremely proficient and familiar with using photoshop

  • Indesign: Indesign has been essential in establishing hierarchy of elements for magazine and typographic design work
